Ordering & delivery
How to get food from our kitchen to your table.
What is the fastest way to place an order?
Tap Add on the dishes you want, then Send order - it opens WhatsApp with the whole order written out, and goes to +971 50 616 7525, the phone in the kitchen. You are talking to the people cooking rather than a call centre, and we will confirm the total and how long it will take.
Do I need an app or an account to order?
No. There is nothing to download and no account to create. If you have WhatsApp you can order, and if you would rather not use WhatsApp you can call the same number or walk up to the counter.
Can I order for collection and skip the queue?
Yes, and it is the option we would recommend for anything with fries in it. Message us, we will tell you when it will be ready, and you collect from the counter on the podium level.
How long does an order usually take?
It depends on what you order and how busy the kitchen is, so we will always give you a time when we confirm rather than quoting a number here. Parmos and the Desi Mix Grill take longer than fryer items.
Do you deliver, and is delivery free?
Free delivery across JLT when you order direct on WhatsApp - no minimum spend and no service fee. We are on the podium level in Cluster B, so most of Jumeirah Lake Towers is a few minutes away. Outside JLT, order through the delivery apps.
Which delivery apps are you on?
We are working with Talabat, Noon Food, Deliveroo, Careem Food. Listings go live at different times, so if you cannot find us on your usual app yet, message us on WhatsApp - ordering direct is free across JLT anyway.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Message us straight away on the same WhatsApp thread. If the kitchen has not started your order we can change or cancel it; once it is cooking we may not be able to.
The food & the heat
What you are getting into, and how to pick your level.
What is Nashville hot chicken?
It is a style from Nashville, Tennessee: fried chicken coated in a cayenne-heavy spice paste after it comes out of the fryer. The point is that the heat carries flavour rather than just burning - it is seasoned, not simply spicy.
How do your heat levels work?
Four levels. No heat is for the flavour, not the burn. Mild is a little kick - hot honey, salt and pepper spice, spiced keema. Nashville is our signature heat. Shut the cluck up is our spicy dip taken all the way up, and you have been warned.
I do not eat spicy food at all. Is there anything for me?
Plenty - roughly a third of the 41 dishes carry no heat. The OG Chic, the Smashddd, The OG Parmo, the OG Tenders, Mac Daddy, all of the kebabs, every drink and both desserts are heat-free.
Can you make a dish hotter or milder than it comes?
Usually yes. Tell us when you order - we can hold back the hot spice, swap a chilli sauce for garlic or mint, or add extra heat if the top level is not doing it for you.
Why is there kebab and keema on a hot chicken menu?
Because there is a charcoal grill and a doner spit in our kitchen alongside the fryers, and because it is the food we grew up on. Keema loaded fries, the Bad Boy Parmo and the Desi Mix Grill all come out of that.
Finding us & opening hours
Where we are in JLT and when the kitchen is on.
Where exactly are you in JLT?
Shop 5, Podium Level, Damac Lake View, Cluster B, Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT). Come up from the Cluster B parking or in from the promenade side. Look for the Let's Shawarma unit - we cook out of the same kitchen.
Is there parking nearby?
There is paid parking in and around the Cluster B towers, and the podium level is a short walk up from it. At peak evening hours it is usually quicker to be dropped off or to order for delivery.
Can I sit in, or is it collection only?
Message us before you come if you are planning to eat in and we will tell you what seating is free at that time. Most of our orders are collection and delivery.
What are your opening hours?
Every day, 12pm – 12am, including weekends. The badge in our footer shows whether we are open right now, in Dubai time.
Groups, catering & large orders
Feeding an office, a team or a family.
Do you cater for offices and large groups?
Yes. Message us with your headcount, your date and roughly what you want and we will build it and confirm a price. The Munchbox range and the large Desi Mix Grill are designed for exactly this.
How far in advance should I book a large order?
The more notice the better, but message us whatever the timeframe and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it. A same-day order for a small team is usually fine; a big spread is better with a day or two.
What is the best order for a group with mixed spice tolerance?
A couple of Munchboxes at different heat levels, plus a spicebag. The Manchester Box covers the people who want fire, the Bradford or Boro Box covers everyone else, and the spicebag is mild and gets eaten by all of them.
Can you invoice a company?
Talk to us on WhatsApp about what your finance team needs and we will tell you what we can provide for the order.
Dietary & allergies
Please always check with us directly before ordering.
I have a food allergy. How should I order?
Message us on WhatsApp before you place the order and tell us what the allergy is. We will talk you through what is in the dish you are considering. Please do not rely on the website descriptions alone for an allergy decision.
Is your food halal?
Please ask us on WhatsApp and we will confirm our current sourcing directly. We would rather answer that properly than leave a claim sitting on a web page.
Do you have vegetarian options?
The menu is built around chicken, beef and lamb, so the vegetarian choices are limited - the Mac Daddy, the salt n pepper chips, the dips, the drinks and the desserts. Ask us and we will tell you what can be made without meat.
Is nutritional information available?
Not currently. If you need specific information about a dish, message us and we will tell you what is in it as precisely as we can.
Asking about a dish?
What is in it, how hot it is and how much it feeds - answered on each section's own page.
Question not answered here?
Message the kitchen - a real phone, answered by the people cooking. Same route for anything allergy related.
