How we cook it
A spicebag is the chipper's greatest invention: chips and fried chicken shaken up with onions, peppers and a salt n pepper spice blend, so every chip is coated. It started in Dublin's Chinese takeaways, spread across Ireland and the UK, and is not something you will find on many menus in Dubai.
Three ways: the Chip Chop is chips only, Chips N Tenders adds fried chicken tenders, and the Cluckin' Salt N Pepper adds chicken shawarma on top of that. All three are mild - the spice is the flavour, not the burn.

What is a spicebag?
Chips and fried chicken tossed with onions, peppers and a salt n pepper spice blend, so everything is coated in it. It started in Dublin's Chinese takeaways and became a chipper classic. Ours come three ways: chips only, chips and tenders, or chips, tenders and chicken shawarma.
Is a spicebag spicy?
Mild - our salt n pepper spice is savoury with a little kick, one level up from no heat on our scale. If you want it hotter, tell us when you order and we can add chilli.
Which spicebag should I get?
The Cluckin' Salt N Pepper at AED 50 if you want a full meal - chips, fried chicken tenders and chicken shawarma in one. The Salt N Pepper Chip Chop at AED 25 is the chips on their own, and the one to order as a side.
