How we cook it
Chicken doner is sliced off the spit to order and the shish is cooked over charcoal, then both go into a pita with fresh salad and your choice of mint, garlic or chilli sauce. AED 30 either way.
The Doner Tray swaps the pita for a tray, with salad and bread on the side. The Desi Mix Grill is the sharing order: shish tawook, meat tikka, meat kebab, chicken kebab and sizzling pan-fried doner, with fries, rice, bread, salad and sauces, in two sizes.
