1. Who we are

Ashville Hot Chicken operates a single food outlet at Shop 5, Podium Level, Damac Lake View, Cluster B, Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any question about this policy or about information we hold, contact us on WhatsApp or by phone on +971 50 616 7525.

2. What this website collects

Nothing that identifies you. Specifically, this site:

• sets no advertising or analytics cookies;
• has no login, account or user profile;
• stores nothing you type into any field on our servers;
• loads its fonts from our own domain rather than a third party, so no font provider is told that you visited.

Your browser may store a small amount of information locally on your own device as part of normal web browsing. That stays on your device and is not readable by us.

3. Your order on the menu

The Add buttons on our menu build a list of the dishes you want. That list, along with whether you chose collection or delivery and any note you typed for the kitchen, is saved in your own browser's local storage so it is still there when you move between pages or come back later. It is stored only on your device: we cannot see it, and nothing is sent to us or to anyone else while you are building it.

Pressing Send order opens WhatsApp with the order already written out. Nothing leaves your device until you send that message yourself, and once you do, it is handled under section 4. You can empty the list at any time with Clear order, or by clearing your browser's site data.

4. Information you give us when you order

Most of our orders arrive by WhatsApp or telephone. To take and fulfil an order we will usually receive and use:

• your name or WhatsApp display name;
• your phone number;
• a delivery address, where you have asked for delivery rather than collection;
• your order, including anything you tell us about allergies or dietary requirements;
• the content of the messages you send us.

We use this only to prepare your order, to reach you about it, and to keep the records a food business is required to keep. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.

WhatsApp is provided by a third party and your messages are also subject to that provider's own privacy terms, which are outside our control.

5. Delivery platforms

If you order through a delivery aggregator such as Talabat, Noon Food, Deliveroo, Careem Food, that company collects your details under its own privacy policy and passes us what we need to cook and hand over your order. We are not responsible for how those platforms handle your data, and you should read their policies if that matters to you.

6. How long we keep things

Order messages are kept only as long as we need them for the order itself, for handling any problem with it, and for our own accounting and food-safety records. We do not build customer profiles or marketing lists from them.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by messaging us on +971 50 616 7525. Where we are required to keep something for accounting or food-safety reasons we will tell you that and explain why.

You can stop us contacting you at any time by telling us so in the same conversation.

8. Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Ordering is done by whoever holds the phone or the payment method.

9. External links

Our pages link out to WhatsApp, Google Maps, delivery platforms and social networks. Once you follow one of those links you are on somebody else's service, under their terms and their privacy policy.

10. Changes to this policy

If we add anything to this website that does collect data - an analytics tool, an online payment step or an ordering system - we will update this page before switching it on, and change the date at the top.
