The OG, but with a kick of hot chilli, jalapenos & onions, topped with pepperoni slices

The ultimate loaded parmo - The OG, loaded with keema and chicken shawarma
A parmo is a flattened chicken escalope, breaded, fried, then covered in bechamel and cheese and put under the grill. It is a Middlesbrough institution and it is almost impossible to find in the UAE.
The OG is the classic at AED 50. The Hot Shot adds chilli, jalapenos and pepperoni. The Bad Boy loads it with keema and chicken shawarma, which is the point where it stops being a Teesside recipe and starts being ours.

You've been warned.
A chicken parmo is a Teesside dish: a flattened chicken breast, breaded and fried, then topped with bechamel sauce and cheese and finished under the grill. It comes from Middlesbrough and is very rarely found outside the north east of England.
Big enough to share. Our OG Parmo is AED 50 and most people order one between two, or take the Boro Box at AED 70 which adds salt n pepper chips, house slaw and a dip.
The OG Parmo has no heat. The Hot Shot Parmo has a proper kick from hot chilli and jalapenos, and the Bad Boy is mildly spiced from the keema.
